ALPACA (aFRR Power market)
ALPACA (Allocation of Cross-zonal Capacity and Procurement of aFRR Cooperation Agreement) is a voluntary cooperation of TSOs in accordance with Article 33 of the EB Regulation. It is based on the Austrian-German aFRR balance power cooperation established in 2020 and is now being expanded by the Czech TSO CEPS.
